John, Bill and I biked in Louisiana in April 2018. One day after our ride we went to a restaurant about 2:00 pm. John hadn’t showered and was only wearing socks! We ate some amazing food and had great wine. He got the chef out of the kitchen and got her to make something off the menu – it was fantastic. We enjoyed several orders of Boudin Balls. We didn’t leave until well after 8 pm! I learned on that trip that to get John moving just promise him some good food.
